B R Food Plaza is situated right at Ajit Nagar Chowk on Sultanwind Road in Amritsar. We are very close to Sharma Corner, so we are in a spot where there is always a lot of movement and noise from the traffic. Our place is basically a local food joint where people stop by for a quick and simple meal. We don't have a big fancy dining room with waiters. It is more of a casual setup where you can just sit down and eat without any fuss. The kitchen is right there in the front, so you can see the guys cooking and hear the sounds of the pans. It gets very busy in the evenings when people are finished with work and are looking for something to eat before heading home. The tables are basic and sometimes we have to ask people to share a spot if it gets really crowded. We spend most of our time just trying to keep the food coming out hot and keeping the place as clean as we can. It is a bit of a messy, lively environment, but that is typical for a food plaza in this part of Amritsar. We don’t have any fancy websites or marketing people. Most of our customers are just folks from the neighborhood or people passing through the chowk. It is just a regular, honest place where we cook every day for the local community.
