Jannat Food Pavalian

Our place is on Fatehgarh Churian Road, right near the GT road in Amritsar. We are very close to Spring Days School, so during the mornings and afternoons, the street is packed with school vans and parents. It is a lively part of town. The building itself is nothing out of the ordinary. We have a few signs out front and some stairs leading up. Inside, the space is divided into a few sections with basic chairs and tables. We don't have a theme or a specific style of decor. It is just a place where we put out food every day. The kitchen staff arrives early to start the prep work. You can hear the chopping and the stove lighting up from the street if it's quiet enough. Amritsar is a city that loves to eat, so we have to stay busy. We see a lot of locals who live in the nearby blocks and some travelers coming off the main road. The walls are painted a light color that shows the wear and tear of a busy shop. We mop the floors twice a day but the feet keep coming. It’s a practical setup for families or students who need a meal. We don't use any complicated words for our dishes. It is all straightforward. The fans keep the air moving, and there is always a radio or a TV playing somewhere in the background.
