Aristocrat Food Corner

We are located at H.No-09 on Batala Road. This is the New Pawan Nagar area of Amritsar. Most people know we are near the Raja Video Hall, it is a good landmark for finding us. We have been at this address for a good bit of time. The shop is not very large, but we make it work. Every morning starts the same way with getting the supplies delivered and setting up the kitchen area. It gets pretty hot back there once we start cooking. Batala Road is always moving with cars and bikes, so it stays pretty lively outside. We have a few tables for people who want to stay, but a lot of folks just grab something and go. It is a simple food corner, nothing like those big fancy places in the city center. We focus on just getting the food done right. The neighborhood around New Pawan Nagar is mostly families and small businesses. We know the guy who runs the shop next door and the people who live upstairs. It feels like a real community around here. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure things don't get too messy. Sometimes we run out of things early if it’s a busy day. That is just how a small place like this goes. We keep it straightforward and try to stay on top of everything.
