We are located at 157 B Partap Nagar, right on the G T Road in Amritsar. If you’re looking for us, we are basically opposite the Alpha One Mall. That mall is a big landmark, so most people don’t have trouble finding where we are. Being on the G T Road means there’s always a lot of cars and buses going by. It’s a loud, busy area. We have our little spot here where we do our cooking. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change a lot with the mall being there now. Our restaurant is quite simple compared to the big fancy places across the street. We just have our regular menu and a few tables. The kitchen is always busy because of the location. We get a lot of travelers who are just passing through Amritsar and need something to eat. We also have some regulars from Partap Nagar who come in. We don’t put a lot of effort into being flashy. We just focus on getting the food cooked and the orders served. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work, especially when it’s really hot or raining heavy, but we stay open. It’s a lot of manual work every day. We just stay here and keep the stove going. If you’re near the mall, you’ll see our sign on the road. It’s just a normal eating joint.
