G.H. Foods

G.H. Foods is located at Plot No. 447 in the New Grain Market area of Bhagatanwala. The grain market is a very loud and hectic place to be, especially during the peak seasons. There are trucks everywhere and people shouting to be heard over the noise of the engines. We have our little spot here among the other traders and wholesalers. Our days are filled with checking the quality of the grains and making sure the weights are right on the scales. It is messy work and there is always a layer of dust on everything, including my boots. We do not have a fancy office, just a small room with a table where we drink tea and talk to the farmers and drivers. Sometimes the deals take a long time to settle, and there is a lot of back and forth. It is just the way business is done in the market. I have been working here for years and I still get confused by the layout of the plots sometimes. We do not have any polished sales pitches or corporate slogans. We just focus on the food grains and getting them where they need to go. If you come down to Bhagatanwala, just look for the New Grain Market and you will find us somewhere in the middle of all the chaos. It is a hard way to make a living, but it is real and honest.
