Zaildara Da Dhaba

Running a dhaba on the Tabiji Highway is hard work but we enjoy it. Zaildara Da Dhaba sits right on National Highway-8 in Saradhana. We are directly opposite Rajiv Gandhi Park, so it is easy to spot us if you are driving through Ajmer. Being a highway spot means we see all kinds of people. Truck drivers, families on road trips, and local workers all stop by here. We keep the place open for long hours because you never know when someone will be hungry on the road. The food is what you expect from a real dhaba. It’s heavy, filling, and made in big pots. We don’t have fancy menus or waiters in uniforms. It’s just us and a few helpers in the back. The wind blows a lot of dust from the highway so we are always cleaning up. We have some outdoor seating which is nice when the weather isn't too hot. Ajmer can get quite warm in the summers. People usually stop for a quick meal and some tea before heading back out. We’ve been at this location for some time now. It’s a family-run thing and everyone chips in. We don't have a big website or anything. If you are on NH-8, you just pull over. That’s how it works here. We keep things honest and the stove stays lit for anyone who needs a meal.
