To-To Bhujanlaya

We’ve been running To-To Bhujanlaya for a good while now, right here on Jaipur Road in Ajmer. If you know the area, you’ve probably seen us near the Enfield showroom in Bhunabhai. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially with people traveling between cities. We aren't a big fancy restaurant with air conditioning and waiters in uniforms. It’s a simple place with benches and tables where you can get a hot meal. We open early to get the stove going and the smell of the cooking usually brings people in. Most of our regulars are truck drivers or people working in the shops nearby who just want something that tastes like home food. We don't have a printed menu that changes every week. We just make what we know how to make best. The traffic outside can get pretty loud, but inside we just focus on the food and the customers. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty because of the road, so we’re always sweeping up. It’s a lot of work for just a few of us, but we like staying busy. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we’ve stayed right here in the same spot. It’s just an honest little eatery where you can sit down, eat, and be on your way without any fuss or spending too much money. We don't do anything special, just keep the pots boiling and the plates clean.
