The Spice Court

We are located at the Hotel Crystal Park on Link Road in Madanganj Kishangarh. This is near Ajmer, in an area that is famous for the marble business. Because of the stone factories nearby, there is always a bit of white dust in the air outside. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the windows and the tables at The Spice Court. The restaurant is on the ground floor and it is a popular stop for people traveling along the Link Road. We get a lot of truck drivers and businessmen who are here for the marble trade. They usually want a quick meal and a cold drink. We have a simple dining area with fans to keep the heat away. The kitchen is busy from early morning with the cooks prepping the basics. We do not have a fancy presentation for our food. It is just served on normal plates in good amounts. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything, from serving to cleaning. The hotel has been here for a while and we are just the part of it that handles the food. We do not have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just open the doors and cook for whoever comes in. It is a practical place for a busy town like Kishangarh. We just keep things moving every day as best as we can without any fuss.
