Tandoori Roti Masala Restaurant

Tandoori Roti Masala Restaurant is located right on Jaipur Road here in Ajmer. We are very close to the Board Office and the Center Jail, so it’s easy to find us if you’re in this part of town. The building is simple and we keep things pretty basic inside. Most of our day is spent around the ovens. Making good roti takes a lot of practice and we’ve been doing it a long time now. The traffic on Jaipur Road can be quite heavy during the day, so there’s always a bit of noise from the street. We get a mix of people stopping by. Some are traveling through Ajmer and others live right nearby. We don’t really do anything fancy with the menu. It’s just the food we know how to make well. The kitchen is always busy and it gets quite hot back there, especially in the summer months. We have a few tables for people who want to stay and eat, but plenty of folks just grab something to go. It’s a straightforward operation. We open up in the morning and stay busy until the evening. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a bit. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just us making food and serving it to whoever walks through the door. It’s a decent place to get a meal without spending too much money or waiting forever. It is just a regular local spot.
