Samy Restaurant

We've been at Samy Restaurant on Jaipur Road for a while now. It's right opposite the Govt Bus Stand in Ajmer. Being so close to the station means we see a lot of people coming and going. It gets dusty outside with all the buses, but we try to keep things tidy inside. Most folks just stop in for a quick meal before catching their next ride. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. It's just tables, chairs, and food. The address is 305001 if you're looking for us on a map. Sometimes the traffic gets loud, but that's just how it is here. We open early because that's when the first buses start rolling in. My cousin helps me out in the kitchen most days. We cook what people like to eat when they're traveling. It isn't a big place. You can see the bus stand right from the front door. We've had the same sign out front for years. People know us as the spot across from the buses. Sometimes we run out of certain things if the lunch rush is too heavy. We just do our work and go home. If you are waiting for a bus and get hungry, we're right there. It’s a simple setup. We don't bother with much else besides making sure the food is hot. It’s been our routine for a long time now. Just a regular spot in Ajmer on the main road. It’s not much, but it’s ours.
