Navratan Restaurant

Navratan Restaurant is tucked away behind the Madnesh Goshala in the Madanganj area of Kishangarh. We are on the road that leads toward Marble City Hospital. It’s a fairly quiet corner of Ajmer compared to the main markets. The restaurant is a basic setup where we cook everyday meals for the people living and working around here. We don’t have a big menu, just the things we know how to make well. Most of our customers are locals or people visiting the hospital nearby. The building is simple, and we keep things pretty humble inside. There’s no air conditioning, just some fans to keep the air moving while people eat. We start the day early to get everything prepped for the lunch rush. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others in the kitchen and one person out front taking care of the tables. We don’t have a website or anything like that. If you want to eat here, you just show up. Sometimes we run out of food before the day is over, especially if a big group comes in unexpectedly. It’s just a small, local business trying to make a living in Kishangarh. We’ve been at this spot for several years and it feels like home to us now. It's just honest food in a plain room, nothing more.
