Love Kush Garden Restaurant

Started this place on R K Link Road because there was some space near the R K Community Center here in Kishangarh. It’s mostly outdoor seating since it is a garden restaurant, which means we spend a lot of time cleaning leaves off the tables before the lunch crowd shows up. The weather in Ajmer gets pretty dry, so keeping the plants green takes work. Usually, we see people coming in after events at the community center or just locals from nearby who don’t want to cook at home. We have a few staff members who have been here since we opened the gates. It’s not a fancy setup, just some chairs and tables under the trees. Sometimes the road gets noisy with trucks passing by, but once you sit down towards the back, it’s alright. We open up early to get the kitchen going and stay until the last few families finish their dinner. Most days it’s just about keeping the place running and making sure there’s enough water for the garden. We don't do anything too complicated. It's just a spot for people in Kishangarh to sit for a bit. The sign outside is easy to spot if you’re coming down the link road. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years with more buildings coming up around us, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day. It is a lot of effort to keep the dust away from the plates, but we manage somehow.
