Al Hamid Tours Travels

We are down here on the ground floor of Farha Complex. It's unit 7 and 8, right in the Rasulabad area of Shah E Alam. People usually find us easily because we’ve been in this spot for quite a bit. It’s mostly just us handling the usual travel stuff like tickets and looking over visa papers. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in at once, but we manage. My desk is usually covered in printouts and old ledgers because I still like writing things down. We see a lot of people heading out for work or just to see relatives in other cities. It’s not a fancy place with big carpets or anything like that. Just a few desks, some chairs for the customers, and a lot of talk about flight times. The internet goes slow sometimes which is a headache when we're trying to book something fast. We just try to get the dates right so nobody has trouble at the airport. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or checking the latest rules for travel. It's busy enough to keep us on our toes from morning until we close up in the evening. There’s a tea stall nearby that brings us chai when we’re stuck with a long queue of passports to process. We just do the work and try to help anyone who walks through the door looking for a way to get from here to there. It is what it is.
