You can find us on Jamalpur Road, right on the ground floor of Mariyam Manzil. It is just opposite Nav Gajapir, which is a big landmark around here, so most people don't have trouble finding the place. We have been operating out of this Vaishya Sabha area for a good bit of time. The office is usually filled with people asking about travel dates and what documents they need to get ready. It gets quite cramped when a whole family comes in at once to talk about their plans. We have a lot of brochures and forms sitting on the desks. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, especially when the season for travel gets closer. The walls have some photos and maps pinned up to help explain the routes. It isn’t a very modern office with glass walls or anything, just a simple room with some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We spend a lot of time double-checking names and passport numbers because you can't afford to make mistakes with those things. The street outside is always noisy with scooters and people walking by. We usually keep the door open to let a bit of air in, even if the dust comes in with it. It’s just how things are on Jamalpur Road. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the computer when the internet is working well and not cutting out.
