Travels Guide

We’re located at Suvidha Shopping Center, right by the Parimal Underpass. It’s a small office, nothing too big, at number 4. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at train and flight schedules. People come in when they want to go somewhere but don't want to deal with the online booking mess. We handle a lot of local trips and some longer ones too. The office gets a bit cramped when more than two families show up at once. There’s always maps and printouts lying around on the desks. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now, so most of the shopkeepers nearby know us. It’s a busy area with cars coming through the underpass all day. We don't do those flashy holiday packages you see on TV. We just help people get their tickets and figure out which bus or train is actually running on time. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to come back in an hour. That’s just how it goes sometimes. We try to stay organized, but with all the paperwork for visas and permits, it’s a constant battle. It’s a living, and we enjoy hearing where everyone is heading off to. Most of our regulars live right here in the area. We just keep the doors open and help whoever walks in. It is simple work but keeps us on our toes.
