Our office is right there on Astodia Road, at number 4157/A. If you know where the Gol Limda bus stop is, you’ll find us easily because we are right near it. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always noise from the traffic and the buses pulling in and out. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by stacks of forms and passports. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about their trips to Hajj and Umrah. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. Checking names, making sure the dates match up, and getting the visas sorted takes up most of the day. Sometimes people come in just to ask questions because they’ve never been on a plane before. We sit them down and explain how it works, from the luggage to the hotel stays. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we’re used to it now. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine well. The walls have a few calendars and some photos of the holy sites. Every morning we open up, sweep the floor, and start looking through the files from the day before. It’s a lot of responsibility to handle these trips, so we just focus on getting the details right. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do here in Astodia every day of the week. That's how it goes for us.
