Afzal Hajj Tours

We have been running things here at Afzal Hajj Tours for quite a while now. Our office is right at 4, Aayesha Market in the Dhalgarwad area, which is always busy with people and noise from the street. If you walk up to the shop, you will see piles of paperwork on the desks because organizing trips for Hajj and Umrah takes a lot of forms and passport checking. It is not a fancy place, just a simple room with some chairs where people come to sit and talk about their travel plans. Usually, the fan is humming and we are busy on the phone trying to get everything sorted with the airlines or the hotels over there. Dhalgarwad is a crowded part of the city, so there is always someone popping in to ask questions about dates or costs. We spend most of our days making sure the visas are ready and that the people going on the pilgrimage know where they need to be. It gets pretty hectic during the peak months, and the office can feel a bit small when several families come in at once. We just focus on the practical side of things like getting the bags packed and making sure the transport is waiting at the other end. It is a lot of back-and-forth work, but that is how this business goes. We stay here until late most evenings just to keep up with all the details that need finishing.
