This is the Pizza Hut location managed by Dodsal Corp Pvvt Ltd over at 13/291, Dr. Ambedkar Colony. It’s right in the Ellisbridge and Ambawadi area. If you live around here in Ahmedabad, you know it’s a pretty central spot. We’re not the owners of the whole brand or anything, just the folks running things at this particular address. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for us. Inside, it’s mostly the smell of dough and the sound of the ovens running all day long. We spend a lot of time making sure the kitchen is clean and the orders are moving out the door. It’s a fast-paced environment, especially on the weekends when everyone wants a meal at the same time. The staff here are mostly young people from the neighborhood or students looking for some extra cash between classes. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans plastered on the walls. We just want to get the food out hot and on time. Sometimes the delivery bikes get stuck in traffic near Ellisbridge, and we have to deal with that as it happens. It’s just a regular job for us, really. We aren't trying to pretend we’re a five-star restaurant or anything. We’re just a local pizza place trying to keep the customers happy so they come back next week. It's a lot of hard work, but we stay busy and that's what matters.
