Arihant Caterers

Arihant Caterers is based out of the Abhinandan Complex, specifically at shop number G/4. We are located right across from the Sujata Flats in the Shahibaug area. If you live around the 380004 part of town, you probably know the building. We started this business because we genuinely liked cooking for large groups, and it slowly grew into what it is today. Our kitchen is where we spend almost all of our time. It’s not a restaurant where you come to sit down and eat a meal, but more of a busy hub where we prep everything for various parties and local functions. Shahibaug is a very busy residential part of Ahmedabad, so we stay pretty occupied with events in the neighborhood. We handle the cooking, the packing into containers, and the transport to wherever the event is happening. It involves a lot of heavy lifting and very early mornings. We often start chopping vegetables and getting the big spice containers ready long before the sun is even up. We don't have a massive team of people, just a few reliable workers who know how to handle the big pots without making a mess. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot and crowded, especially during the peak wedding season. We don't use any fancy modern equipment, just the traditional stoves and tools that work best for the kind of food we prepare. We try to keep our prices fair for everyone.
