Mcdonalds(Hardcastle Pvt Ltd)

We are located in the Rasulabad area of Ahmedabad, specifically in Shahiya Colony at C/9. This is where the Hardcastle office is, and it’s quite a busy spot in Gujarat. People usually think of the restaurants when they hear the name, but this is where a lot of the planning and regional work happens. The colony is a lively place with plenty of local shops and traffic passing by at all hours. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s a lot of people on computers and piles of reports on every surface. The Ahmedabad heat can be really intense, so we’ve got the AC running most of the time, though it makes a bit of a hum. We don't use corporate jargon or have big meetings about vision statements. We just try to make sure the local operations are running like they should. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We usually have lunch together and talk about things other than work. The office floor is a bit worn down in the spots where we roll our chairs around. It’s a practical workspace for people who have a lot to get done. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the address on the door. It’s just a regular part of the city for us, and we’re happy to be working here.
