Our location is at 11, Sajid Park, which sits right behind the Tavkkal Society in the Sarkhej area of Ahmedabad. It is directly opposite the Sarkhej Police Station, so it is actually quite easy to find if you know where that is. Working in Sarkhej means we are right in the middle of a very busy, industrial part of Gujarat. The roads are often crowded with heavy trucks and people commuting back and forth. Our office and setup are pretty basic because we are more focused on the work itself rather than having a fancy place to sit. It can get quite warm in the afternoon, especially with the sun hitting the building, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. Being near the police station means there is always something happening outside, and the noise of the traffic is just something we have grown used to over time. We handle various food-related logistics and solutions from this spot, but we don't make a big show of it. It is just a group of us trying to make sure everything gets where it needs to go on time. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking lists and making sure the deliveries are on track. It is hard work and the environment is very practical and straightforward. We just do our bit and head home like everyone else in the area.
