One Of The Leading Food Chain Restaurants In The World

This office is tucked away in the Shivdhara Apartments in the Thaltej area of Ahmedabad. We are specifically located in unit I-23, which is near the Heritage Homes development. Sreejit V Nair is the main person here, and he looks after the administrative side for a major global food chain. It might seem strange to have an office for a big restaurant brand in an apartment building, but it works fine for us. We do not serve any food at this location, so please do not come here looking for a meal. We just handle the spreadsheets, the inventory lists, and the staffing for the actual restaurants. It is a lot of boring office work that involves a lot of typing and double-checking numbers. Thaltej is a nice part of Ahmedabad that has grown a lot lately. The building is quiet and mostly full of families, so we try not to make too much noise. We do not have a fancy reception area or any branding on the walls. It is just a place with a few desks, some computers, and a printer that jams way too often. We are not interested in using big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the restaurants have what they need so they can serve their customers. It is a steady, behind-the-scenes job that keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. We just do our part and go home.
