We are based in Kalol, specifically in the Mansuri Vas area near Juna Chora. It’s a family-run catering thing we’ve got going here in Gandhinagar. Most of our work happens in the big kitchen where we prep everything for weddings and local parties. It gets very hot in there when the stoves are all going, but that's the job. We don't have a big fancy office, mostly just the kitchen and a small space to take orders. We've been cooking for the people around here for a long time. We use big pots and pans that have been with us for years. It's a lot of chopping, stirring, and packing things up into the vans. Sometimes we have to work all night to get everything ready for an early morning event. We don't do much advertising; people just know us from the food we’ve served at other events. It's a bit messy sometimes with all the flour and spices around, but we keep the food clean and the customers happy. Our family lives nearby, so someone is almost always around if you need to talk about an order. We just focus on making things taste right and getting them delivered on time. It’s hard work on your feet all day, but we enjoy it when the event goes well and people eat. We have our own way of doing things. The van usually leaves early to beat the traffic.
