Our office is tucked inside the Sukhshanti Complex, specifically units 9 and 10, over in the Paldi Bhatta area of Vasna, Ahmedabad. While everyone knows the name for pizza, this particular spot is more about the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running in this part of Gujarat. It is not a restaurant where you sit down to eat; it is where the administrative stuff happens. We have desks piled with delivery logs, staff schedules, and inventory lists. It gets pretty frantic around here during the lunch and dinner rushes, even though we aren't the ones tossing the dough. We are making sure the supplies arrive on time and the bikes are working right. The building itself is a bit older, and the stairs can be a workout, but we’ve been here for a while. We have a small group of people who handle the local logistics. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking boxes. We don't spend money on fancy decor because we are too busy worrying about how many boxes of toppings are in the warehouse. It’s just a regular office where we try to keep everything organized so the stores can do their job. We are just local workers doing our bit to keep the city fed. It's not glamorous work, but it has to be done to keep the pizza moving.
