Hot Pot Multi Cuisine Restaurant

We are situated inside Epsilon The Hotel at Ellis Bridge in Ahmedabad. Our specific spot is opposite the old Kothawala Flat and near the Deepak Petrol Pump. It’s a very busy corner of the city, and the sounds of horns and traffic are pretty much constant throughout the day. Being a multi-cuisine restaurant means our kitchen is always doing five things at once. We have chefs who focus on different types of food, and it can get pretty hectic back there during the dinner rush when the printer starts going off. We’ve been operating out of the hotel for a while, so we get a mix of hotel guests and people just coming in from the street. The lobby is right there, and sometimes it gets a bit confusing for people finding their way in, but we just point them in the right direction. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people seeing our sign outside or hearing about us from someone else. There is always a table that needs wiping or a glass that needs polishing. It’s a lot of work to keep up with the pace of Ellis Bridge, but we’ve managed so far. We just show up, cook the food, and try to keep things organized as best as we can. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us.
