Hariom Caterers

Our kitchen is located at 6 Ghanshyam Park Society, right behind the Sudarshan Party Plot in Vasna. Being a caterer means our mornings start way before the sun is even up. We are usually busy loading big stainless steel containers into the back of the van while the rest of the neighborhood is still sleeping. Hariom Caterers has been part of this Vasna area for a good while now. You can usually smell what we are cooking from the street, maybe some dal or a big vat of rice steaming away. It gets pretty cramped in the shop when we have three or four different orders going out at once. We have to keep track of so many plates, spoons, and napkins. Sometimes things get a bit hectic and we are searching for a misplaced lid or a clean apron at the last minute.
