Being in a plaza means there is always something going on around us. People are coming and going from the different shops all the time. Our spot is pretty easy to spot once you get into the complex. We decided to call it the hottest food joint because we liked the sound of it, even if it is a bit of a bold name for a small place like ours. It is just a regular kitchen where we make things we like to eat. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a bit. We don't spend any time on fancy posters or slogans. We think the food should just be what it is. Bodakdev is a nice part of the city to work in, though it can get really busy on the weekends. Sometimes the line gets a little long but we try to move as fast as we can. We have had some rainy days where the plaza gets a bit messy, but we just clean up and keep going. It is a lot of hard work every day and we are usually pretty tired by the time we close up at night. We just want to provide a place where people can get a quick bite.
