We are D S Caterers and you can find us at Spectrum Tower in Shahibaug, Ahmedabad. Our office is in C 2 101, which is right across from the Police Stadium. Most mornings start pretty early for us because that’s when the fresh vegetables and supplies arrive. The kitchen gets hot and loud, especially when there is a big order for a wedding or a local party. Ahmedabad is a place where people really care about their food, so we spend a lot of time making sure the salt and spices are just right. It is not always easy work, carrying heavy pots and making sure everything is ready on time, but we have been doing this for a good while. The traffic outside the stadium can get really bad in the evenings, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully or the food might get stuck in a jam. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a group of us who know how to cook and serve. Sometimes we are tired by the end of the day, but seeing the empty plates at an event makes it feel okay. If you are walking around Shahibaug, you might see our vans moving around. We just try to keep things simple and make sure nobody goes home hungry when we are handling the kitchen. It's just honest work in a busy part of the city.
