We are located at G-2 Dhawal Complex, right behind the Navrangpura Post Office. It’s a quiet corner compared to the main street. Mostly, we handle catering for local events and small gatherings around Ahmedabad. We started out small, just helping with food for neighbors' weddings. Now we have a proper setup here in Navrangpura. The kitchen is always a bit chaotic with big pots and pans everywhere. We don't have a storefront where you can sit and eat, it’s mostly for planning and prep work. People come in to talk about their menus for a puja or a birthday. We use recipes that have been in our family for ages. Nothing too fancy, just honest food that tastes like home. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the season is wrong, so we just cook what’s available. Our staff has been with us for years, they are more like family. We don't do big advertisements, word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. The 380009 area is full of offices, so we do some lunch boxes too. It's a lot of hard work, especially in the heat, but we keep at it. Just look for the Dhawal Complex if you need to find us. My cousin handles the deliveries while I stay in the back and check the orders. It’s a simple life.
