Welfare Residential School

Welfare Residential School is located at 220-A in the Ellora Enclave area, right off 100 Feet Road here in Dayal Bagh. Since it’s a residential school, there is always someone around, day or night. We have the kids living here throughout the term, so the building is a mix of classrooms and sleeping quarters. It’s a big responsibility, and we spend most of our time just making sure the daily schedule is followed. Agra can be a busy city, but our spot in Dayal Bagh is a bit more settled. We have a small staff that takes care of the cooking, cleaning, and the actual teaching. It’s a practical environment without a lot of extra frills. The rooms are basic but functional. We spend a lot of time in the common areas or out in the small yard when the weather is nice. It’s not a fancy private academy with a big marketing budget. We’re just a local school trying to provide a place for students to stay and learn. There’s always a tap that needs fixing or a kitchen order that needs checking. We don’t have a lot of time for polished presentations; we just focus on the kids and making sure they have what they need for the week. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do here every day. Even on the weekends, there is stuff to do to keep the place running right. We just take it as it comes and keep things moving for the students.
