Bellevue Restaurant (Oberoi Amarvilas Hotel)

Bellevue Restaurant is located inside the Oberoi Amarvilas hotel on Taj East Gate Road in Agra. We are very close to the Taj Mahal, so we see people from all over the world coming through our doors every day. Even though the hotel is a big name, we try to keep things grounded here in the restaurant. The view is probably the main thing people notice when they walk in, but for us, it is just where we work. We have a large team in the kitchen and plenty of staff to look after the tables. It is a lot of work keeping everything organized, especially when it is tourist season and the whole area is packed with visitors. We focus on getting the details right without making a big fuss about it. The building itself is quite impressive, but we just see it as our daily workplace. We have been here at the Taj East Gate Road for quite some time now. Some of us have worked here since the place first opened. It is a busy environment and there is always something to do. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just make sure the guests are taken care of and the kitchen is running. It is a unique spot to be in, right here in Agra, and we just try to do our jobs the best we can.
