Big Chef Restaurant

We are over here at Heritage Villa on Fatehabad Road. It stays pretty busy around here because of all the tourists and people coming into Agra. We just try to get the kitchen started early in the morning so everything is ready for lunch. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several tables fill up at once, but we just keep moving. The cooks are back there doing their thing with the pans and the smells of spices are always hanging around the front door. We have been in this spot for a while now. It's not a fancy place but we keep the tables wiped down and the water glasses full. People stop in after seeing the sights. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some people just want a quick bite and others stay to chat for a bit. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us making sure the food goes out hot. The road outside is always noisy with horns and traffic, but inside we just focus on the orders. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, especially when it gets hot in the summer months. We just do what we do. You can find us at 821 easily enough. We keep the lights on late and mostly just worry about the next order coming through the kitchen door. It is what it is, just a local spot for a meal.
