Agra Darbar

Agra Darbar is tucked inside Hotel KGN on Kutchery Road. We are right there in Balu Ganj. If you know where the petrol pump is, you can find us easily enough. It gets pretty busy on this road with all the traffic coming through. We have been here for a bit now. People come in from the hotel or just off the street when they are hungry. The building is 33/65b. It is not a fancy place, just a spot to eat. Sometimes the street gets noisy but that is just how it is in Agra. We open up and get things ready every day. You see the same faces often, which is nice. It is a regular setup. Nothing too complicated. We just focus on getting the food out to the tables. The heat in the summer can be a lot, but we keep the place running. Most folks find us because they are staying nearby or just passing the petrol pump. It is practical for a quick meal. There is always something happening outside on Kutchery Road. We just keep our heads down and work. The kitchen stays busy during the lunch rush. It is a local spot, nothing more. We don't do much talking, mostly just cooking and serving. That is the way it has always been here.
