Asia Cafe

Running this place at Ram Shree Complex on Fatehabad Road keeps us busy from dawn to dusk. Agra can be a tough city with the sun and the dust, but we keep our doors open for anyone looking for a meal. It is just a cafe, nothing too fancy, located right near Panna Paradise. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure things are ready for the lunch rush. Sometimes the fans don't feel like enough, but we manage. You see all sorts of people walking by, mostly locals going about their day or workers taking a break. The tables are simple, and we keep them wiped down. It is not like those big corporate places you see in the malls. We handle the cleaning, the cooking, and the bills ourselves. There is always something to fix, maybe a leaky tap or a light bulb that went out. Life here is mostly about the routine of serving food and making sure the supplies come in on time from the local market. We just want to get through the day and do the work right. It feels good when a regular customer nods at you while they eat. That is how things go here at Asia Cafe. We are just part of the street, really, trying to stay steady in this busy part of Agra. Every evening, we shut the shutters and get ready to do it all again the next day.
