Bhalla Restaurant

Bhalla Restaurant sits right on VIP Road in Agra. Specifically, we are at Ajeet Nagar, and the station gate is basically our neighbor. It’s a 282001 zip code if you’re looking at a map. Being near the Ajit Nagar Station Gate means there are always people walking by, and the sound of the trains and the traffic on VIP Road is just something we are used to now. The restaurant itself isn't very large. We have a few tables and a kitchen where we spend most of our time. Every morning starts about the same, turning on the lights and getting the supplies in. We don’t do anything too fancy here. It’s just a place where you can get a meal and sit for a minute. The street outside can get a bit hectic during the rush hours, but we just stay busy with the cooking. It’s mostly just a few of us running the show. We’ve been in Ajeet Nagar for a while, so we know many of the people who pass through here daily. The building is older, and we just try to keep it tidy. It's not a place for a big fancy night out, just a regular local eatery for the neighborhood. We focus on getting the food out and making sure the floors are swept at the end of the shift. That’s about it for us.
