You can find Udupi Sri Krishna Vilas at Building No 10 in Bansal Nagar. We are right on Fatehabad Road near the Hotel Man Singh Palace. Agra 282001 is where we have set up shop. It is a straightforward kind of place. We don't have any grand ideas about being the best. We just want to serve the neighborhood. The area gets quite a lot of visitors because of the nearby hotels, but we also have regulars from Bansal Nagar. The interior is simple. We have wooden chairs and standard tables. We spend a lot of time on the basics like making sure the water is cold and the floors are swept. The kitchen is the heart of the place. It's always a bit noisy in there with the pans and the stove. We start our day early to get everything ready before the first customer walks in. Dealing with the traffic on Fatehabad Road is just part of the routine. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything. Sometimes the owner is behind the counter and sometimes he is helping in the back. We don't use any corporate talk. It is just us working. We hope people like the food and that is it really. It is an honest way to make a living in Agra. We just stay focused on the daily grind.
