Udupi Brindavan

We are located over in Gandhi Nagar at India House, and the house number is 25/161. Agra is a very busy place, as everyone knows, and this neighborhood has its own daily rhythm. We’ve been operating here for some time now, just serving the people who live around Gandhi Nagar and those who happen to be passing by on the street. It’s a very straightforward setup we have here. We don’t have those glossy menus or big fancy signs like the places in the tourist areas. It’s mostly just us in the kitchen and a few people out front to help out. Some days are definitely quieter than others, but we usually have a steady flow of folks coming in for a meal. The building itself, India House, is pretty easy to find if you know the area well enough. We try to keep things simple. If someone wants a meal, we have it ready for them. We don't really spend time on big speeches about what we do or why we do it. It’s just food and a place to sit down for a bit. Sometimes the weather in Agra gets really hot, and people just want to get out of the sun for a minute. We’ve got the fans going and the water is always ready. It’s a local business, run by people who actually live here. We see the same faces every week. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town.
