Time 2 Eat Mama Chicken Mama Franky is right in the middle of the chaos of Sadar Bazaar in Agra. If you know the Main Market, you know how loud and crowded it gets. We’ve been serving chicken and frankies here for quite some time now. Our shop isn't big; it’s mostly just enough room for the grills and the counter. The smell of grilled meat usually hangs around the entrance all day. It’s a fast-paced environment. We don't have fancy menus or table service. You mostly just stand around or find a spot nearby to eat. The staff is always moving, flipping rolls and packing orders for people in a hurry. We get a lot of tourists who are lost looking for the Taj, but mostly it’s local folks who want a quick bite after shopping. The 282001 area is always buzzing, and we’re right in the thick of it. We go through a lot of napkins and paper plates every day. The counters get greasy, so we’re constantly wiping things down. It’s honest work. We don't try to be anything we’re not. It’s just Mama Chicken and frankies, served hot. Sometimes the line gets long, and people get impatient, but we do our best. Agra is a hot city, and our kitchen makes it even hotter, but we enjoy the bustle. The lights outside flicker sometimes but we just keep cooking. Every roll is made right.
