The Forest Dinning & Cafe

So we are over here at Etah Plaza on Central Park Road. It’s a decent enough spot in Sikandra. Being near the Police Chauki in Sector 4 makes the area feel a bit more settled, I guess. You see a lot of people walking their dogs or just strolling along the park road in the evenings. Our cafe isn't trying to be anything too crazy. We just have some tables and chairs and a menu that we know how to cook well. Agra can get really crowded with tourists, but around here it is mostly just the local crowd from the neighborhood. The plaza itself has a few different businesses, so there is always someone coming or going. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the coffee machine is behaving itself. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but that’s just how things go around here. We tried to make the inside look nice without spending a fortune on things we didn't need. It has a bit of a quiet feel compared to the main market area. Usually, the afternoons are pretty slow, which gives us time to fix things up or just sit for a second. Then once the sun starts to go down, people from the nearby houses start showing up. It’s just a regular daily routine for us, nothing more and nothing less than that.
