You will find Swaad Punjabi Dhabha at 23/11 in the Emporium Block over in Sanjay Place. We are right by Shaheed Smarak Park, which is a nice landmark if you are trying to find us. Being behind the U.P. Handloom building means we are a bit tucked away, but people who work in Agra know where we are. We try to keep that traditional dhabha feel even though we are in a commercial block. It is not about being fancy or having expensive furniture. We have simple tables and chairs where anyone can sit down and have a meal. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and you can usually hear the sound of pans clanking from the street. We handle everything ourselves, from the early morning shopping at the wholesale markets to the late-night cleanup. Sanjay Place is a busy hub, so we get a lot of office workers coming in during their break times. They are usually in a hurry, so we try to get things done quickly. It is a lot of hard work and the hours are long, but this is what we do. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. Most of our customers come because they were walking past or a friend told them about us. It is just an honest place to eat in the middle of a busy city where life moves fast.
