Seven Sweets Cafe

Seven Sweets Cafe is located at 26/196 Sultanganj, right along the Bye Pass Road in Agra. We spend a lot of time here in Kamala Nagar just keeping things moving. The shop is a basic place, really. We open up early in the morning, usually when the air is still a bit cool before the Agra heat starts to kick in. You can hear the trucks and cars zooming by on the Bye Pass Road all day long. It gets quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the counters and the glass displays where the sweets are kept. We have been here for a while and most of the people who come in are just locals from around Sultanganj or folks passing through on their way somewhere else. We don’t have any fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just some chairs, tables, and the smell of sugar and milk. The staff is just a few of us who know each other well. We handle the daily stuff like checking the stock and making sure the floor is swept. Sometimes it gets busy and we are rushing around, but other times it is quiet enough to just sit and watch the traffic. We don't do anything too complicated here. It is just a regular cafe at a busy intersection. We try to keep things simple and honest, just working through the day until it is time to close the shutters and go home.
