Seva Restaurant

We are part of the Hotel Seva building over in Balu Ganj which is right behind the petrol pump. Agra is a city that never really stops moving because of all the visitors but our corner feels a bit more like a local neighborhood spot. We see the travelers staying upstairs in the hotel but we also have people from the Balu Ganj area coming in. The sound of the vehicles at the petrol pump is something we have gotten used to over the years. Our restaurant is not trying to be a fancy tourist place it is just where we serve food to anyone who walks in the door. We spend a lot of time in the back getting the ingredients ready and making sure the kitchen is clean. The dining area is simple with standard chairs and tables that have seen a lot of use since we opened. We have a small team here and we all do a bit of everything to keep the place running. Sometimes the fans are not quite enough for the Agra heat but we do what we can to stay comfortable while we work. It is an honest living and we have been at it for quite some time now at 4/51 Balu Ganj. We do not have any big speeches about what we do we just show up and open the doors for the day.
