Refresh Point

We are located at 17 Suraj Complex in Sadar Bazar, Agra. If you know Agra, you know how crowded Sadar Bazar gets, especially on the weekends. Refresh Point is just a small place we set up to serve people who are out shopping or working in the market. It’s not a big fancy hall, just a few tables and a counter where we take orders. The fans are always running because the heat in Agra can get quite bad during the middle of the day. We’ve been in this complex for a few years now. Most of our regulars are the other shopkeepers from nearby who just want a quick bite during their break. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the food is ready when people ask for it. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a busy day. My uncle helps with the accounts and I stay in the back mostly. The Sadar Bazar area is always changing, new shops opening and old ones closing, but we’ve managed to stay put at unit 17. It gets very dusty with all the construction and traffic nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the chairs. It’s a simple life running a small point like this. We are just here every day from ten till eight. We don't have much space for storage, so we buy what we need daily.
