Nuova Restaurant

Nuova Restaurant is upstairs on the first floor of the Kalpatru Motel. We’re located in Block S-23 of Sanjay Place, which is a really busy part of Agra. Being on the first floor means it’s a little bit quieter than the street level, but you can still hear the city moving outside all day. It’s a decent-sized space, and we’ve tried to make it comfortable without going overboard on the decor. We get a mix of people staying at the motel and folks who work in the nearby offices around 282002. The area is full of life, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or tidying up the dining area between the lunch and dinner shifts. It’s a lot of work keeping a restaurant going in such a competitive spot where shops change every month. We don’t do anything too fancy, just regular food that people like to eat. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but the stairs aren't too bad for a quick climb up. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen many shops come and go in Sanjay Place over the years. We just keep doing our thing, serving lunches and dinners to whoever walks through the door. It’s a practical place to eat, nothing more, nothing less. We just focus on the chores and making sure the kitchen is ready for the next day's orders. It's just us working every day.
