Nauratna Restaurant

Our place is tucked inside the Welcomhotel Mughal on Fatehabad Road. Being near Taj Ganj means we see a lot of people from all over. We've been operating here for a while now. The kitchen is usually the loudest part of the whole building. It’s a big hotel, but we try to keep our corner simple. We don't use any fancy talk or have big meetings about our goals. We just come in, check the supplies, and start cooking. Some of the guys in the kitchen have been here since the start. They know the stove better than their own homes. The road outside is always full of rickshaws and people heading to the Taj Mahal. It gets pretty dusty and noisy out there, so we try to keep things steady inside. We don't have a big story to tell. It’s just a restaurant. We deal with the same stuff every day like any other business. Sometimes the deliveries are late, or a machine breaks down, and we just fix it. We spend most of our time making sure the plates look okay before they go out. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the ovens. If you are staying at the Sheraton or just walking by on Fatehabad Road, you'll find us. We aren't trying to be the most polished place in Agra, just a spot that does its job.
