Naivedyam Restaurant

Up here on the first floor of Freedom Plaza, things usually get moving pretty early. We are right on Karkunj Road in Sikandra, which most people know because the post office and Rajendra Swaroop School are just a short walk away. Being in Agra, you get used to the noise and the people always being in a hurry, but inside here, it is just about getting the tables set and making sure the kitchen is ready for whoever walks in. We have been in this spot for a while now. Some days are busier than others, especially when school lets out and the parents are around. The building itself is okay, nothing fancy, just a regular place where we spend most of our daylight hours. I usually spend my time checking the stock or making sure the floors are wiped down before the lunch rush hits. It isn't a huge operation, just a few of us trying to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss. You can see the street from the windows, which is nice when you need a break from the stove. Most of our regulars just come in and sit down without saying much because they already know where everything is. We just focus on the work, honestly. There is always something to clean or a chair that needs fixing. It is just a normal restaurant life here in Sikandra, day in and day out, and we like it that way.
