Milan cafe

We opened Milan cafe over in Ram vihar colony on Deori road here in Agra. We are right near the hanuman temple which makes it easy for people to give directions to their friends. It is a small place and we do not have a huge staff or anything. Usually it is just a couple of us making tea and coffee and serving snacks. We get a lot of people from the colony coming in for a quick break or to sit and talk for a bit. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood compared to the main city center but we still stay busy. The cafe is simple and we have not done much to change it since we started. We have some basic seating and a counter where we do most of the work. Sometimes we run out of things if the morning was busier than we expected but we just go out and get more. We do not have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here. It’s a nice way to spend the day talking to neighbors and keeping the place tidy. We spend a lot of time washing cups and sweeping the floor. It is not glamorous but it is our business and we like it. We hope people feel comfortable enough to stay a while when they come in. It is just a local cafe and that is all there is to it for us.
