Kwality Multicuisine Restaurant

Being on Fatehabad Road in Agra means things are always moving. Our spot, Kwality Multicuisine Restaurant, is at A 151, right near the Raj Mahal Hotel in the Taj Nagri Phase 2 area. It’s a busy part of town, and you can always hear the horns and the sounds of people walking by outside. We’ve got a mix of different types of food on the menu because that’s what people around here seem to want. It keeps the kitchen staff on their toes, switching between different pans and pots all day long. The building is simple, and we try to keep it tidy, though with the dust from the road, it feels like a never-ending job. We see a lot of tourists coming back from the Taj, looking a bit tired, and then we have the local families who come in on Sunday nights. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when it gets crowded, and the noise of the kitchen clattering away mixes with the chatter in the dining room. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything. It’s just a group of us who show up, put on our aprons, and get to work. We spend our breaks standing near the door, watching the traffic go by toward the hotels. It’s just a regular place where we try to get the food out hot and make sure there’s enough water on the tables for everyone who walks in.
