Indian Tandoori Nights

We’ve been running Indian Tandoori Nights here in Sanjay Place for quite some time now. You can find us right in Suresh Plaza on MG Road. It’s a busy part of Agra, especially with Shri Ram Hospital just a stone's throw away and Abhushan Jewellers right nearby too. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the evenings when the tandoor is going full blast, but that is just how it is. We spend most of our day prepping vegetables and marinating things. The floor gets a bit dusty from the street outside because MG Road is always moving. Some days the traffic is loud, but inside we just keep busy with the orders. It’s a simple setup with tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We don't have fancy lights or anything, just some regular bulbs that keep the place bright enough to see what you are eating. The staff has been around for a bit, so we all know where everything is kept. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around the entrance, talking about the weather or the traffic near the hospital. It’s just a normal spot for people in Agra to get a meal without any fuss. We open up in the morning to get things ready and stay until the last person finishes up. Nothing special, just a kitchen and a dining room in a busy plaza. The floor has some cracks here and there, but we don't mind. We've got a small sink in the corner for people to wash their hands, and the soap dispenser usually works. The windows are a bit small, so you can't see much of the street, but you can hear the horns. We keep the napkins in little plastic holders on every table. It’s a place where you can just sit down and eat.
