Indian Curry

You can find Indian Curry at Ravi Guest House, which is A-7 on Fatehabad Road in Agra. We are right in the Taj Nagari area. It is a busy part of town with a lot of people coming and going because of where we are situated. Being near the guest house means we see new faces all the time. I have been working here for a long time and I know the road pretty well. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us here in the 282001 area. We keep things pretty straightforward. The kitchen is always going and we try to keep the place clean for whoever walks in. Agra is a fast place, especially on Fatehabad Road, so there is always something happening outside our door. We do not try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local place serving food to people who are staying nearby or just passing through Taj Nagari. Sometimes we run out of things or get a bit behind when it is packed, but we do our best. It is a hands-on job and we are here most days. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. It is just food and a place to sit. I usually spend my afternoons checking the inventory and making sure the stove is working right. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
